In this recent video released by Matt Ogus and Chris Lavado they preach transparency to their fans and subscribers... but this video is far from it.  There's nothing transparent about the dissolution of LOA.  All you're left with is open ended, vague reasoning behind why LOA decided to shut down.  I can still remember how cocky and big headed these two were about their LOA company.  They hyped up the website and the movement only to let down their fans and subscribers.  Now they push and promote gymshark just like every other youtube fitness drone out there.

Sure you can plug away at your My Fitness Pal App on your phone and assume that what you're logging in is accurate.  The reality is that those calories could be off by 300 calories!!! Gym Shark is an up and coming brand with sponsored athletes such as Jeff Seid and the king of Gay 4 Pay himself, Matt "flexforall2" Ogus.  On a recent episode of Tosh.0 (Season 5 episode 16), a couple of fellas sporting Gym Shark apparel put on show for what the social media calls "gay4pay."  The definition itself does not necessarily mean they're performing any sexual acts, but flexing and performing suggestive acts as requested by homosexuals that pay for that service.  Given that Matt Ogus has been acquired by Gym Shark and recent episodes of consumers that buy their product engage in suggestive "G4P" acts...  It's quite apparent to whom this specific brand is targeted towards.  You decide!

Luimarco Offically Calls Out Matt Ogus On Steroid Use

Luimarco, alongside bios3training and Jason Blaha of Icecreamfitness, are well known for calling out fake natural bodybuilders.  In this video Luimarco officially calls Matt "flexforall2" Ogus out on being a hypocritical steroid user (fast forward to the 3:17 mark).  He makes it clear that he hates Matt Ogus.  Luimarco believes that Matt is being hypocritical and dishonest to his fanbase on how to obtain desired physical results without the use of steroids.  Watch and Judge for yourself!

Nowadays you see tons of youtubers and entertainers forcing their Brand Name Gym Apparel on you when you go out to exercise.  No one will give 2 fucks about that big L on your shirt... a lot won't even know what the fuck it means!  Since it's considered rude to correct people on their form in the gym, why not wear a shirt that says "ass to grass, parallel or it doesn't count" and stand right next to the fucker that's doing quarter squats.  Even better, wear a shirt that says Douchebags curl in the squat rack and walk up to him and ask, "how many curls do you have left.".  Subtle GTFO's are the way to go nowadays.  No one gives a damn about some shirt spewing aesthetics!  Wear something that everyone can understand.

The man who resembles a ripped senior citizen is at it again.  This time he proclaims that he will put fake "natty's" to shame with his physique.  If you're a moron then you'll believe this to be true.  Truth is he can never and will never put fake natty's to shame given the fact this his forearms currently and will always look like tampons and that he can only gain 3lbs of muscle per 20 years.  As you can see from my previous posts I do not take any sort of liking to the LOA douchebags so here is what I am proposing.  Luimarco claims that these guys are not natural based on the fact that one of the members of LOA/Gymshark uses liver-Aid type supplements.  Other than that can you provide the public with other forms of evidence?  If not you're just talking out of your mid-life crisis ass!

Youtube fitness guru Luimarco calls out Fake Naturals and references a few other youtubers without mentioning them directly.  If you listen carefully the descriptions he provides sound very much like the characters from the gymshark crew.  He blabs on about being natural and how he would never use steroids... of course you wouldn't, you look like shit in the first place.  Your forearms are too fucked up to look like you're on any gear and you pretty much look like a ripped old man who doesn't know how to do a proper bulk!  Is it me or does this moron look the same as he did in his past 5 years on youtube! He also claims to make tricept and forearm gains while on a caloric deficit?  This guy doesn't have a single clue!  This is the same moron that stated in one of his videos that babies are born with the natural fear of snakes and spiders... which in fact is false!  Human beings are born with 3 fears... the fear of a loud noise, the fear of falling, and the fear of looking the same after 20 years of bodybuilding!

The geniuses at Massivejoes are at it again with their broscience.  They are well known for providing archaic fitness advice with absolutely no scientific evidence to back their claims.  They openly admit to disagreeing with science based evidence due to their belief in anecdotal evidence a.k.a broscience.  It's obvious that they have no clue how to conduct science based studies and are under the belief that what they experience in the gym trumps what scientists and researchers find.  I challenge them to provide credible empirical evidence to support their broscience claims.  After all it is up to the people providing bold claims to provide the burden of proof or in this instance evidence of their claims.

Bodybuilding Guru and C.E.O of Legends of Aesthetics has been caught in the act of supplying Gay for Pay.  This Zyzz fanatic who boasts about being alpha has been exposed to be far from the top of the bodybuilding food chain.  This video sparked controversy when Chris Jones of Physiques of Greatness posted this video on his facebook to embarrass the manlet of peace.  First off how can you and your "bros" claim to be alpha when you make these gay for pay videos on muscle worship?  There's nothing alpha about it.  I feel sorry for you, your friends and teammates... who knows how far you'll go for a $$.

This aesthetic god believes that he can lift "baby weights" that bodybuilders struggle with.  The only weight he seems to struggle with the "wait" to eat a decent and healthy meal.  He curls this weight with extremely poor form to prove... nothing.  If anything he proves how much of a virgin loner he is.  Here's to you MrTantamount and your kingdom of starwars figurines and soiled paper towel dreams!
