Ian McCarthy is well known for curing the disease we call broscience with ... Science.  As you can see here Ian attacks this idea of being able to lose weight without being a caloric deficit as posed by Jerry of Bios3Training.  It seems that the LAW of thermodynamics is the only law with the ability to defy the laws of physics.

Vince DelMonte is well known for his questionable interpretations of "science based" research while Ian McCarthy is more of the embodiment of pure science and less practice.  Here's a few screen shots of Ian McCarthy in what looks like complete ownage of Vince DelMonte.  Vince obviously can't come back with a well enough remark and reverts to insults and dodges the points Ian addressed.  I'd love to see these two debate, but I highly doubt Vince would agree.  He knows his reputation would be thrown down the shit hole.
