Vince Garza Can't Get Lean! Was John Otis Hollywood Right?

You often see excuses like this come from obese people who can't lose weight.  Vince on the other hand wants to gain as much muscle as possible, but at the risk of becoming the next fat bastard?  Vince has a pretty high metabolism so I don't think it will go to that extreme, but the haters in his comment section strongly believe otherwise.  Chris Jones said himself that the best way to begin a bulk is when you reach around 8% bodyfat... Vince isn't quite near that, but I do believe that spending more time building a solid foundation of muscle is far more fruitful that trying to get ripped when you're not competing.  On the other hand bulking is always a great excuse when you want to give up on cutting.  What do you son of a bitches think?

Vince Garza Drops John Otis Hollywood and Takes His Own "Expert" Advice

John Otis Hollywood constructed more champions than Ol' Dirty Bastard manufactured babies.  With that said Vince Garza believes, in his own expert opinion, that his own way is the right way.  Fuck science right?  That 205lbs that he hit during that dirty bulk was pure muscle RIGHT?!  In the past Vince already mentioned that he was going to drop JOH because he didn't agree with the volume, rep ranges and overall training that he was providing.  So what do you all think?  Is this a protocol that the Pro Architect would approve of or did Vince already give him the axe?

John Otis Hollywood has tried and tried again in the past to work with both Vince and Chris of Physiques of Greatness, but has never been able to really get anywhere with either of them.  In a past video Vince wasn't too sure about having Hollywood as a coach and was thinking of dropping him (currently not sure if he did or not).  Chris was also going through the same issues during his 2012-2013 contest prep when he decided to call out Matt Ogus for a showdown at the Muscle Mayhem... which he ended up quitting.

Who Is John Otis Hollywood?

J.O.H is somewhat of a mystery.  He works behind the scenes turning mediocre physiques into something the gods on mt. olympus can be jealous of.  It wasn't until recently he emerged from behind the scenes and into the limelight on youtube where he was featured on the Physiques of Greatness and Tigerfitness channels.  Even the likes of luimarco and Jason Blaha, of Juggernautfitnesstv, have attested that if they were ever going to do a bodybuilding show, they would pick John Otis Hollywood as their coach.  Rumor has it that he was a team3dmj athlete or somehow related to the group, but I still have no confirmation on that.  Take a look at his recently posted video on youtube which highlights just a few of his clients.  After watching this you'll understand why they call him the "Pro Architect".
