Sure you can plug away at your My Fitness Pal App on your phone and assume that what you're logging in is accurate. The reality is that those calories could be off by 300 calories!!! Unless you're experienced at "eyeballing" your macros and you're in contest prep... Best you'd make yer own mealz buddy!
